These short-form terms cover basic use of Santora for demos, pilots, and early customer workflows.

Use of the Service
Santora provides software for intake, extraction, review support, and export of claim packet information. You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and only if you have authority to upload the claim materials you submit.
AI-Assisted Peer Review
Santora generates AI-assisted peer review output to support claim teams. The service does not make autonomous coverage, payment, or claim handling decisions. Customers are responsible for reviewing outputs and making final decisions through their own adjusters, handlers, reviewers, or management processes.
Customer Responsibilities
- Use the service only with materials you are authorized to upload and review.
- Verify AI-generated output before relying on it in claim handling or communications.
- Maintain appropriate account security and access controls for your users.
- Avoid uploading unnecessary personal or sensitive information beyond what is needed for the claim review workflow.
Pilot and Early Access
During demos, pilots, and early customer use, portions of the service may change as we improve the product. Separate signed agreements, statements of work, or order forms will control if they conflict with these public terms.
Availability and Support
We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, model provider issues, storage issues, OCR failures, or third-party outages may affect performance.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Santora to upload unlawful material, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform in ways that violate contracts, privacy obligations, or applicable law.
